During her more than twenty years as a litigator, Nichole Buck Vanderslice has served as a criminal defense attorney for the indigent, a federal law clerk for a United States District Court Judge, and a commercial litigator for and employment law advisor to some of Virginia's finest companies. For nearly ten years prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Vanderslice worked with and learned from some of the most decorated and distinguished lawyers practicing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
In addition to having tried more than a dozen criminal and civil jury trials, ranging from the defense of violent felonies to the prosecution of patent infringement claims, Ms. Vanderslice has spent more than fifteen years advising and counseling Virginia's employers and employees and helping them resolve employment-related disputes.
Ms. Vanderslice is admitted to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Western District of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
